Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to consulting assignments from design through delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare clear analyses, reports, presentations and practical recommendations.
- Support business development and proposal preparation.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant consulting or sector experience.
- Strong analytical, communication and project-management skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Russian or Uzbek.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning.
